Rain covers come as standard, so light showers are fine. If the weather turns severe we will contact you in advance.
Most bookings are for the full party day. We usually set up in the morning and collect later the same day, or the next morning if you prefer.
Yes. Get in touch as soon as you can and we will do our best to move the date or adjust the hire. Cancellation terms are confirmed on your booking.
Yes. Our team delivers, inflates, anchors and safety-checks every unit. You just enjoy the party.
Choose your date and postcode, pick your castle or package, then complete the booking form. We will confirm everything by email.
Yes. Our equipment is regularly safety-checked and we carry public liability insurance for every hire.
Weekends and school holidays go quickly, so we recommend booking as soon as you have a date. Midweek hires can often be arranged at shorter notice.
